THE COPY DEVICE ON THIS LATHE USES A PRECISION STYLUS TO POSITION THE CROSS SLIDE. THIS COPY DEVICE REPLACES THE TAPER TURNING ATTACHMENT AND THE SYSTEM IS PRIMARILY DESIGNED FOR OIL INDUSTRY COMPONENTS. IT WILL SAVE TIME AND PRODUCE EXCELLENT RESULTS.

The unit is incorporated in the machine and is not an attachment, therefore rigidity is assured. 

When Hydraulic copy is specified the system comes complete with the necessary template holding equipment for both flat and centers for round templates. 

   Templates
     Round or flat templates can be used. Holding systems are provided for both.

The copy system is fitted instead of taper turning and adds US$15,000 to any manual lathe.

Please note: The copy system is built in to the lathe and cannot be added later.
